For Good And For God The Almighty Father, Abba Krishna, Use Meditation Inspired By Love To Discard Cigarettes That Tell Tales Part Two (2)

Jan began to be seized by jealousy. She imagined Woody and his clinic assistant, young and slim Kate kissing in the quiet office when there were no patients. There were tell-tale clues which seemed apparent when she visited two times a week to do the accounting books. Jan imagined that Kate’s former pristine teeth and lips were tainted with yellow from the nicotine tar which is a residue from smoking. Kate either picked up the habit from the close quarter contact with Woody or from smacking lips with him in passionate clinches.

Jan cried a lot and the emotional turbulence caused her to smoke more cigarettes and find solace in marathon eating. She grew fatter and sorrier. She sobbed quietly at night when Woody turned his back on her and fell asleep without even a good night kiss. Jan began to feel unattractive and unwanted and she suspected that her unkempt visage repelled Woody enough to drive him to the well proportioned charms of fresh looking Kate. Jan was mortified to hear Woody mumble in his sleep, “Give it to me Kate, and give me a double.”

Jan was chain smoking, gorging on food, and constantly getting paranoid and neurotic from the fear about Woody getting entangled in an illicit affair with the nubile Kate. Jan decided to give vent to her raging hunch by planning to burst in and surprise Woody and Kate at a time when they were alone and there were no patients to attend to. She timed it when they least expected her to come around as it was not the scheduled hour for Jan’s bookkeeping chores at the office. She discreetly unlocked the door and sailed directly into Woody’s office unannounced. What she saw floored her and made her grow red in the face. Woody and Kate were both smoking and playing scrabble to while away the idle time. Woody’s face fell as he was caught red handed saying, “Give me a double word, Kate.”

Jan felt so shamed by her unwarranted action that she retreated back to the home without explanation in tears. Woody followed later that evening and purposely omitted mentioning the embarrassing incident earlier in the office that afternoon. He told Jan that he loved her and his two daughters who were the apples of his eyes. He made a pact with Jan that he will quit smoking for the family’s sake and that Jan should try to put her life in order by doing the same and by trying to lose weight to get in shape. Woody said that Jan was one of the most attractive women he has ever met but her lack of self discipline in the looks department would be detrimental to their marriage. He said he was tempted by Kate but knew that his moral ascendancy as an employer and a doctor should hold sway with the help of fervent prayer and meditation to the Abba Krishna.

The meditation part grew large in Jan’s consciousness. She had tried many kinds of wellness aids and supplements but they only worked in the beginning until her resolve burned out. This time proved different because her lasting power was enhanced by the benefit of inspiration over the clutches of habitual smoking and impulsive feeding. Her transcendental direction through constant prayer to the Abba Krishna led her to engage in physical work outs that helped push her to a resplendent form in physical fitness. Jan was able to make herself beautiful again through the love and spiritual enlightenment which worked to boost her determination to succeed with her goals.
