Dear Sir Oz,
It is with a heavy heart that I am writing this to you because as far as I know you are already part of the family.
It might be worth mentioning here that you have made several faux pas even before then. And you even asked if you will get the axe during those times, instead you have been placed in almost all departments so the company can keep keep you. You know very well that the work involved here is not suited for your literary genius. However, stubbornness has been your hallmark. Several instructions were given to you not to have your input, and yet you always have it your way, "branding image, literary ..." you call it.
There were never an instance that you have asked for favors that were denied by me, out of my great respect for you. I turn a blind eye on all the infractions you made.
Isn't it deem and proper for you to circumspect first on the "aggravations" you've had from the company, if it far outweighs the favors that were given to you. If your answer is yes, which I doubt so much, maybe then I can understand your hatred.
We all make mistakes.We are to forgive others who trespass against us as we ask forgiveness for our trespasses. You are a great man, and I know you are capable of it.

I should have answered earlier this surprise jab from nowhere made more perplexing by the fact that it came from you of all people. As a ' fait accompli ' stemming from the the full settlement of obligations, it could be said that perspectives have since been mellowed , toned down, or even adulterated.
I have no axes to grind against the company, you, or the family. In fact, on this first day of separation, my wife and I woke this morning missing all you and the pleasant working environment we enjoyed for more than one year.
I do not ask for forgiveness from you because I have done nothing or said anything that is opposed or in contradiction to my high regard for you. I have always treasured you as the model Filipino with high principles. If the rest of the nation is working to obtain a paradigm shift to be above corruption. you have preempted everybody and are already there.
You do not have to ask for forgiveness from me. You have treated me and my wife with a favoritism that exceeded the way you treated your own family.
I will write in another time and forum about the good things and the happy times that we shared in our company. I will write about the great learning that brought to all of us the empowerment to reap economic benefit from the web.
