OBLATION

As a young GM tasked to set-up the travel arm of Teekay Shipping, I hired U.P. grads. They asked why everytime I told them what to do. I promised myself that I will never hire such pain in the arses ever again. As I matured the why dawned on me. They are sworn egalitarians. They want systems to be put in place that will work each time for everyone.
